Terms and Conditions

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors.

Items on this website might sell out and become unavailable or out of stock. Product measurements might be modified or vary slightly.

Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, but please note colours online may vary slightly from what is produced.

Some items which appear on this website are for illustrative purposes only and will not be available for purchase.

We may change or add to this website (including these Terms and Conditions) or the information, products and services without notice. 


Orders are placed by adding products to your cart and completing the steps to finalise your order on the Elements Shade website. Phone orders can also be placed and the customer will receive an email confirming your purchase with an order/receipt number.  By confirming your order with the products selected, you confirm that you agree to the Elements Shade Terms and Conditions.

Our refund policy does not include Umbrellas that are made to order.  Please ensure you select the colour and size correctly.

Delivery dates given are only an estimate.  Elements Shade may charge a fee for specific areas and will be included on checkout.   A delivery charge is for one delivery only. 

Elements Shade reserves the right to decline a sale due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of the purchased product. In this case, Elements Shade will promptly provide you with alternative product options available, a backorder (if this is available) a credit or full refund of the purchase price.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify Elements Shade of any change of address, email address and phone details.


Our goods come with warranty terms which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Manufacturer’s guarantees against structural faults are outlined on the manufacturer’s documentation supplied with the goods.


 A customer may be entitled to a refund, exchange or credit if the products:

    • Are damaged or faulty
    • Do not do the job that they were led to believe they would
    • Are not as they were described

Products must be returned at customers cost within 7 days.

Elements Shade takes no responsibility for any products returned by you that are damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that products are returned safely and undamaged.  is owned and operated by Jayendee Pty Ltd ABN 70108970627
